Winchester police urge caution on roads

Winchester police issued a release this morning asking motorists to use caution while driving. Students are back in school and some roads are still icy. Police also say that visibility may be impaired due to piles of snow near roads.

The city still has Snow Plan C in effect - meaning that vehicles are required to have snow tires or chains.
