Anyone know where the Daily could find a proof-reader?

May 23 - June 26? Seems more like five weeks to me.
Since it's not the 26th or even the 16th yet, I wonder if it wasn't the 6th.

What the Front Royal town council doesn't do to have a negative impact in the town, the police department does.

Since Chief of Police Furr and Traffic Enforcement Officer Orye teamed up the number of tickets issued (turning Front Royal into a police state through traffic enforcement) has more than doubled.

Kind of makes you wonder what the emphasis was on before.

Makes me wonder if the emphasis is on what it should be on now.

Its a simple concept really!! Just dont do anything wrong and you have nothing to worry about. Then you have no need to worry your little head over what the emphasis is on!!!

Thats true! I've lived here for five years and have yet to be arrested for drunk driving, driving without a license, without a seat belt, reckless diving, drugs etc.

In short, if you are a law abiding citizen which I am suppoing most of us are, then you haven't a worry in the world.

However if you are the one of many who drive after your license is suspended cos you think you won't get caught, or drunk, or without insurance and are above the law...they'll get you. If you're one of these, you better move elsewhere. Those will be the only ones who have to worry.

I suppose if you want to believe that if you don't break a traffic law you have nothing to worry about but who hasn't made a turn without giving a signal or exceeded the speed limit. You don't have to intend to break the law. Sometimes when we realize our mistake it's too late. The person who says this hasn't happened to them is lying to himself.
The point is, Front Royal has a motorcycle cop who is notorious. There is no such thing as a warning with this guy. At least, not according to public opinion and there's plenty of public who have been on the receiving end of his tactics.
Wyatt Earp cleaned up Dodge, Kansas and Tombstone, AZ but this guy isn't Wyatt Earp.
