Richard R. Brown, 32, 620 Fairview Ave., Winchester. Arrested. Six counts of distribution. Two counts of conspiracy.

John H. Chestnut, 72, of 443 Highland Ave., Winchester. Wanted. One count of conspiracy.

Carroll D. Cooper, 30, of 1700-2 Roberts St., Winchester. Arrested. One count distribution. One count conspiracy.

Roger L. Corley, 41, of 21 Raleigh Court, Winchester. Wanted. Seven counts of distribution. Two counts of conspiracy.

Coy Edward Curry, 32, of 421 West Lane, Winchester. Wanted. One count of distribution.

Jamaal A. Darling, 22, of 402 Highland Ave., Winchester. Wanted. One count of distribution. One count of conspiracy.
