Expect rain and possibly snow before 10 a.m. Wednesday. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. While that snow may not accumulate on the ground, it could pile up along the west-facing slope of the Allegheny, the NWS reports.
Rain is expected Wednesday night, with a low of around 38. Expect between a quarter and a half inch of rain.

I live off of 619 and Im looking out at my road and its icy, It seems they need someone else to figure whether or not its worth risking our kids lives for a couple of hours! I do not agree with not delaying 2 hours this morning and this is as I listen to wrecks here and there in virginia.
