The Warren County Sheriff's Office reports the following9:
Stephen Dewayne Janzen of Front Royal was arrested at 3:07 a.m. Sept. 23. Charges: 18.2-60 threats of death or bodily injury by letter, 18.2-427 profane-threatening language over public airway.
Richard Earl Layman Jr. of Strasburg was arrested at 9:02 a.m. Sept. 24. Charge: 19.2-306 revocation of suspended sentence and probation.
Christina Michael Bowyer of Front Royal was arrested at 9:29 a.m. Sept. 24. Charge: 18.2-57 assault and battery.
Heather Smedley Lehew of Front Royal was arrested at 6:15 p.m. Sept. 24. Charges: 18.2-111 embezzlement greater than or equal to $200; 18.2-172 forging-uttering, two counts; 18.2-195 credit card fraud, three counts.
Donald Edward Harmon of Luray was arrested at 10:07 a.m. Sept. 25. Charge: 19.2-306 revocation suspended sentence or probation.
Kandi Michelle Amaya of Huntly, Va., was arrested at 11:21 p.m. Sept. 25. Charges: 18.2-258.1 obtaining drugs by fraud, four counts.
Anthony Edward Herbert of Front Royal was arrested at 11:44 p.m. Sept. 27. Charge: 18.2-388 public swearing or intoxication.
Brian William Jurkowski of Front Royal was arrested at 1:56 a.m. Sept. 29. Charge: 18.2-272 driving after forfeiture of license.
Gary Dwight Kearney of Bentonville was arrested at 2:17 a.m. Sept. 29. Charge: 18.2-248.1 sale-distribute marijuana greather than 1/2 ounce and less than 5 pounds.
David Allen Ragan of Front Royal was arrested at 11:52 a.m. Sept. 29 and at 12:38 p.m. Sept. 29. Charges: 18.2-456 contempt of court, two counts.
Gregory Steven Turner of The Plains was arrested at 9:42 p.m. Sept. 29. Charge: 18.2-266 driving under influence.
