Michael Phillip Presley, 22, of Front Royal was charged at 4:15 a.m. Sept. 30 with driving under the influence (18.2-266).

Michael Brandon Dolin, 21, of Front Royal was charged at 1:55 p.m. Sept. 30 with assault and battery (18.2-57).

Gevan Rogers, 42, of Front Royal was charged at 11:22 p.m. Sept. 30 with two counts of assault and battery-family member (18.2-57.2).

Danielle Dawn Mudery, 21, of Front Royal was charged at 11 a.m. Oct. 1 with contempt of court (18.2-456).

Kenneth Eugene Kent, 43, of Front Royal was charged at midnight Oct. 2 with revocation suspended sentence or probation (19.2-306).

Trent Allen Dodson, 19, of Front Royal was charged at 3:11 a.m. Oct. 3 with contempt of court (18.2-456).

Heath Anton Cook Sr., 45, of Front Royal was charged at 6:58 p.m. Oct. 3 with revocation suspended sentence or probation (19.2-306).

Janet Gail Tanis, 50, of Front Royal was charged at 8:50 p.m. Oct. 3 with obstructing justice (18.2-460).

Heather Dawn Miller, 32, of High View, W.Va. was charged at 2:28 p.m. Oct. 5 with concealment-price alter merchandise greater than or equal to $200 (18.2-103).
