The Warren County Sheriff's Office reports the following:

John Wayne Bolton, 63, Front Royal, was charged at 2:17 a.m. Nov. 4 with driving under the influence.

Sherry Melind Berry, 40, of Orange, Va., was charged at 3:22 a.m. Nov. 4 with driving under the influence.

Wayne Jesse Lake, 23, of Front Royal, was charged at 11:55 p.m. Nov. 4 with assault and battery of a family. member.

Michael Stewart Kinsey, 25, of Front Royal, was charged at 1:52 p.m. Nov. 5 with revocation of suspended sentence and probation.

Trevor Raeh Brown, 22, of Rixeyville, Va., was charged at 2:15 p.m. Nov. 5 with four counts of grand larceny.

Andrew Scott Polk, 21, of Front Royal, was charged at 3:10 p.m. Nov. 5 with breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony, destruction of property-monument-value greater than or equal to $1,000, grand larceny and conspiracy - breaking and entering dwelling during the day.

James Richard Crites Jr., 24, of Front Royal, was charged at 3:34 p.m. Nov. 5 with two counts of breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony, destruction of property-monument-value greater than or equal to $1,000, and grand larceny.

Roy Dwayne Fincham, 28, of Front Royal, was charged at 9:05 a.m. Nov. 6 with failure to appear on misdeamonor charge, contempt of court, escape from a correctional facility and robbery.

Tanya Andrea McCallum, 25, of Front Royal, was charged at 10:43 a.m. Nov. 6 with aiding in the escape of a prisoner.

Cynthia A. Williamson, 47, of Winchester, was charged at 1:57 a.m. Nov. 7 with driving under the influence and DWI, refusal of test.

Ian Angelo Christaldi, 21, of Linden, was charged at 10:57 a.m. Nov. 7 with assault and battery, breaking and entering to commit a felony.

Les Wayne Smit, 38, of Front Royal, was charged at midnight Nov. 8 with failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Derek Michael Berry, 33, of Luray, was charged at 12:10 a.m. on Nov. 8 with use or display of firearm in commission of a felony, robbery, possession-transport of firearms by convicted felon, wearing a mask in a public place, eluding police, assault and battery on a police officer or firefighter, sale-distribution of marijuana greater than 12 ounces and less than 5 pounts, driving with a suspended/revoked license and resisting arrest.

Max Marable Haynes, 26, of Front Royal, was charged at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 8 with failure to obey a court order.

Brenton Thomas Schaffert, 37, of Front Royal, was charged at 5:48 p.m. Nov. 8 with assault and battery of a family member.

Tammy Marie Peddle, 46, of Manassas, was charged at 11:15 p.m. Nov. 8 with public swearing or intoxication.

Michael Paul Ritter, 31, of Winchester, was charged at 10:06 a.m. Nov. 9 with 11 counts of breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony, 13 counts of grand larceny, three counts of possessing-transporting firearms by a convicted felon, larceny or theft - third or subsequent offense.

Joshua Wayne Peck, 23, of Front Royal, was charged at 1:20 p.m. Nov. 10 with animal cruelty: companion dog, cause death.

Michael Lee Simms, 44, of Front Royal, was charged at 3 p.m. Nov. 10 with contempt of court.
