Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office police blotter, July 7-15


The Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office reports the following:

July 7: Kimberly A. Thorpe of Toms Brook was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Thorpe is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on Aug. 23.

July 7: Authorities are investigating the larceny of vehicle registration decals from two vehicles at a residence on Little Sorrel Drive, Strasburg.

July 8: Stephen Shelby Bolin of Orange City, Fla., was charged with appearing drunk in public. Bolin is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on July 19.

July 8: Authorities are investigating destruction of property of fencing and a gate on Caverns Road, Quicksburg.

July 11: Chris Anderson of Edinburg was charged with animal cruelty. Anderson is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on July 26.

July 11: Nathan W. Althoff of Front Royal was charged with being a fugitive from justice from the state of Colorado.

July 12: Bret Jason Eifert of Fort Valley was charged with having a dangerous dog. Eifert is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on July 26.

July 14: David Timothy Miller of Strasburg was charged with three counts of destruction of property and reckless driving. Miller is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on Aug. 23.

July 14: Daniel Edward Windle of Strasburg was charged with reckless handling of a firearm and assault and battery of a family member. Windle is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on Sept. 26.

July 14: Authorities are investigating destruction of property of a gas line on Dysart Road, Woodstock.

July 15: Josh Davis Seal of Fort Valley was charged with driving while intoxicated, appearing drunk in public, felony assault and battery of a law enforcement officer and destruction of property. Seal is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on Aug. 9.
