Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office police blotter, Oct. 24 - Nov. 4

The Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office reports the following:

Oct. 24: Authorities are investigating the breaking and entering and destruction of property of a residence on Tisinger St., Mount Jackson, and the larceny of silverware and a CD player.

Oct. 27: Authorities are investigating a robbery on Round Hill Road, Mount Jackson, in which unknown person(s) assaulted and removed a wallet with contents.

Oct. 28: Kyle Michael Hammack of Harrisonburg was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Hammack is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on Nov. 22.

Oct. 28: Authorities are investigating the larceny of a CD player from a tractor located off of Flat Rock Road, Quicksburg.

Oct. 28: Authorities are investigating the destruction of property of an outbuilding on property located at Stayman/Ridge Road, Quicksburg.

Oct. 29: A 17-year-old juvenile male from New Market was charged with assault and battery of a family member. He is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on Nov. 14.

Oct. 29: Authorities are investigating the breaking and entering and destruction of property of a business on Lakeview Drive, Woodstock, and the larceny of an ATV, leaf blower, tools and other miscellaneous items.

Oct. 29: Authorities are investigating the larceny of a game camera from property on Saumsville Road, Maurertown.

Oct. 29: Joshua Emery Simpson of Toms Brook was charged with two counts of assault and battery of a family member. Simpson is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on Nov. 21.

Oct. 29: Roger Wayne Miller of Woodstock was charged with felony malicious wounding and assault and battery of a family member. Miller is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on Dec. 5.

Oct. 29: Authorities are investigating the destruction of property of a storage trailer on Jewel Lane, Edinburg.

Oct. 29: Authorities are investigating the larceny of U.S. currency from a residence on Old Valley Pike, Maurertown.

Oct. 30: Authorities are investigating an attempted breaking and entering and destruction of property of a business on Old Valley Pike, Woodstock.

Nov. 1: Shannon Patrick Fulk of Quicksburg was charged with five counts of failing to provide adequate care for animals. Fulk is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on Nov. 22.

Nov. 2: Jessie Lee Herald of Edinburg was charged with felony malicious wounding. Herald is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on Nov. 15.

Nov. 2: William Thomas Montley of Shenandoah was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal of a blood or breath test, driving suspended, reckless handling of a firearm, brandishing a firearm and two counts of assault and battery. Montley is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on Nov. 15.

Nov. 2: Authorities are investigating the larceny of batteries from equipment on a farm on Headquarters Road, Edinburg.

Nov. 2: Authorities are investigating the destruction of property of two outbuildings at property on Back Road, Strasburg.

Nov. 3: Timothy Dwayne Lansberry Jr. of Edinburg was charged with destruction of property. Lansberry is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on Nov. 8.

Nov. 4: Matthew Emmett Grimsley of Strasburg was charged with felony grand larceny. Grimsley is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on Nov. 14.
