Warren County Sheriff's Office police blotter, Oct. 27 - Nov. 2


The Warren County Sheriff's Office reports the following:

Jose Marvel Zavala, 18, of Front Royal, was charged on Oct. 27 with contempt of court.

Jimmie Wade Clatterbuck, 25, of Bentonville/Browntown, was charged on Oct. 28 with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Warren Lee Kuser III, 23, of Front Royal, was charged on Oct. 29 with possession of controlled substances.

David Mccalop, 29, of Alexandria, was charged on Oct. 29 with revocation of a suspended sentence or probation, three counts of credit card theft, grand larceny, two counts of grand larceny of an auto and possession and use of a DMV document obtained unlawfully.

Megan Ann Messick, 27, of Inwood, W.Va., was charged on Oct. 30 with revocation of a suspended sentence or probation.

Jessie Nathaniel Simms, 23, of Front Royal, was charged on Oct. 30 with violating protective orders.

David Mccalop, 29, of Alexandria, was charged on Oct. 30 with revocation of a suspended sentence or probation.

David James Thompson Jr., 29, of Front Royal, was charged on Oct. 30 with revocation of a suspended sentence or probation.

Zachary James Dimmette, 20, of Front Royal, was charged on Oct. 30 with two counts of sale and distribution of marijuana less than a half-ounce.

Timothy Emmanuel Jones, 27, of Front Royal, was charged on Oct. 30 with possession of marijuana and a third or subsequent offense of larceny or theft.

Michael Christopher Obrien, 24, of Front Royal, was charged on Oct. 30 with public swearing or intoxication.

Rachel Estell Swain, 30, of Front Royal, was charged on Oct. 30 with public swearing or intoxication.

Daniel Joseph Mckay Haugen, 28, of Front Royal, was charged on Oct. 31 with contempt of court.

Melissa Ann Nicholson, 26, of Front Royal, was charged on Oct. 31 with obtaining money by false pretenses and concealment to alter the price of merchandise less than $200.

Dusty Lee Henry, 34, of Front Royal, was charged on Oct. 31 with driving after forfeiture of license.

Mardoqueo Lopez Lopez, 42, of Bentonville/Browntown, was charged on Oct. 31 with public swearing or intoxication.

Amy Michelle Haithcox, 43, of Front Royal, was charged on Oct. 31 with two counts of possession of controlled substances and possession of a schedule III controlled substance.

Sarah Ann Baker, 36, of Woodstock, was charged on Oct. 31 with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.

Charles Alfred Hoverter Sr., 55, of Strasburg, was charged on Nov. 1 with a parole violation.

Kyle David Phillips, 22, of Front Royal, was charged on Nov. 1 with driving under the influence.

Carlin Nathaniel Kulp, 23, of Middletown, was charged on Nov. 2 with eluding police and trespassing.

Mark Douglas Mckinney, 53, of Front Royal, was charged on Nov. 2 with failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Melissa Ellen Stnaley, 37, of Front Royal, was charged on Nov. 2 with contempt of court.

Michael Kelley Barr, 19, of Front Royal, was charged on Nov. 2 with contempt of court.
