Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office police blotter, Feb. 18 - 24


The Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office reports the following:

Feb. 18: Rebecca Rinker Seiler of Maurertown was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license and refusal of a breath test. Seiler is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on March 14.

Feb. 19: Annalise Marie Pierce of Fort Myers, Fla., was charged with being a fugitive from justice. Pierce was scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on Feb. 21.

Feb. 19: Authorities are investigating the larceny of headphones from a school on Stonewall Lane in Quicksburg.

Feb. 21: Mark Barnett Stephenson of Fort Valley was charged with assault and battery on a family member. Stephenson is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on March 27.

Feb. 21: Christina M. Fleet of Woodstock was charged with assault and battery on a family member. Fleet is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on March 13.

Feb. 22: Antoine Jamel Kelly of Saint Alban's, N.Y., was charged with credit card fraud and credit card larceny. Harley Olin Brown-Pitchford of Jamaica, N.Y. was charged with possession of marijuana, credit card fraud, and two counts of credit card larceny. Kelly and Brown-Pitchford are scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on March 14.

Feb. 23: Marcus Alan Kibler of Maurertown was charged with violating a protective order. Kibler is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on March 27.

Feb. 23: Kylee Lee Kelican of Woodstock was charged with appearing drunk in public. Andrew David Kent of Edinburg was charged with appearing drunk in public. Kelican and Kent are scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on March 14.

Feb. 24: Gary Ray Hanna of Toms Brook was charged with assault and battery of a family member. Hanna is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on March 13.
