Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office police blotter, Jan. 15 - Feb. 3


The Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office reports the following:

Jan. 15: A 16-year-old juvenile male from Woodstock was charged with two felony counts of breaking and entering and 15 felony counts of grand larceny. The court date is pending in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Jan. 15: Kenneth C. Ritchie of Linville was charged with two counts of felony distribution of a schedule I or II drug and two counts of felony conspiracy to distribute a schedule I or II drug. Ritchie's court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Jan. 25: Catherine S. Judy of New Market was charged with three felony counts of distribution of a schedule I or II drug, three felony counts of conspiracy to distribute a schedule I or II drug, and two felony counts of child endangerment. Judy's court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Jan. 29: Emily Ann Combs of Mount Jackson was charged with driving while intoxicated. Combs is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on Feb. 28.

Jan. 29: Authorities are investigating the larceny of a cable from a business on Mount Jackson Road in Mount Jackson.

Jan. 30: Authorities are investigating a larceny of a radio from a business on Mount Olive Road in Toms Brook.

Jan. 30: Authorities are investigating the breaking and entering and destruction of property of a residence on North Mountain Road in Timberville.

Jan. 31: John D. Tusing of Mount Jackson was charged with two felony counts of distribution of a schedule I or II drug and one felony count of distribution of marijuana. Tusin's court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

Jan. 31: Merle Brook Stephens of Mount Jackson was charged with assault and battery of a family member. Stephens is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on Feb. 13.

Feb. 1: Authorities are investigating the larceny of automobile parts from a business on Old Valley Pike in Woodstock.

Feb. 1: Larry Herman Meetze of Winchester was charged with appearing drunk in public. Meetze is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on Feb. 28.

Feb. 2: Kenneth Chris Ritchie of Linville and Timothy Andrew Montgomery of Winchester were charged for assault and battery. Ritchie and Montgomery are scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on Feb. 28.
