Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office police blotter, March 31 - April 7


The Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office reports the following:

March 31: Jonathan David Funkhouser of Edinburg was charged with two counts of trespassing after being forbidden to do so, one count of stalking, and one count of breaking and entering. Funkhouser was scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on April 10. Funkhouser was also charged with interfering with property rights of another and carrying a concealed weapon. Funkhouser is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on April 11.

March 31: Authorities are investigating the larceny of tools from a residence on Stage Coach Road, Woodstock.

March 31: Authorities are investigating the larceny of a prescription from a residence on Stoneburner Road, Edinburg.

April 1: Daniel Scott Harvey was charged with voluntary manslaughter. Harvey is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on April 11.

April 1: Authorities are investigating the breaking and entering of storage units on Quarry Lane in Strasburg and larceny of items.

April 1: Authorities are investigating the larceny of license plates from a vehicle on New Market Depot Road, New Market.

April 1: Authorities are investigating the larceny of a firearm from a residence on Mount Airy Lane, Mount Jackson.

April 1: Authorities are investigating the vandalism of a vehicle at a residence on S. Middle Road, Quicksburg.

April 2: Jorge Luis Baez-Perez of Woodstock was charged with appearing drunk in public. Baez-Perez is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on May 9.

April 2: Authorities are investigating the vandalism of a residence on Supinlick Ridge Road, Mount Jackson.

April 2: Authorities are investigating a burglary and destruction of property to a residence on Ritenour Road, Woodstock.

April 4: A 12-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of stolen property. The juvenile is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relation Court on May 1.

April 4: A 12-year-old juvenile was charged with two counts of destruction of property. The juvenile is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on May 1.

April 5: Martin James Treacy of Woodstock was charged with destruction of property and larceny. Treacy is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General Distrct Court on May 23.
