Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office police blotter, April 7 - 16

The Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office reports the following:

April 7: Authorities are investigating the vandalism of a vehicle at a residence on Fravel Road, Woodstock.

April 7: Joseph John Sawchuk of New Market was charged with being a fugitive from justice from Florida. Sawchuk is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on April 8.

April 7: Authorities are investigating the vandalism of a vehicle at a residence on North Mountain Road, Timberville.

April 8: Justin Allen Powell of Middletown was charged with destruction of property. Powell is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on April 25.

April 8: Cody Austin Miller of Strasburg was charged with larceny. On April 11 Jonathan Ward Sager of Fort Valley was charged with larceny. Miller and Sager are scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on May 9.

April 8: A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct. The juvenile is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on May 8.

April 12: Douglas Rotruck of Bunkerhill, WV, was charged with larceny, stolen property with intent to sell, and obtain money by false pretense. Rotruck's court date in Shenandoah Circuit Court is pending.

April 12: Leslie H. Helsley of Edinburg was charged with a dangerous dog. Helsley is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on May 9.

April 12: Authorities are investigating the larceny of jewelry from a residence on St. Luke Road, Woodstock.

April 12: Authorities are investigating the larceny of a wallet with contents from a vehicle on Oranda Road, Strasburg.

April 12: Olivia F. Pitcock of Strasburg was charged with assault and battery. Pitcock is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on April 25.

April 16: Timothy A. Montgomery of Winchester was charged with assault and battery. Matthew Richard Dellinger was charged with assault and battery. Montgomery and Dellinger's are scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on May 9.

April 16: Authorities are investigating the larceny of mail from a residence on Woodpark Lane, Woodstock.
