Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office police blotter, May 12 - 19


The Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office reports the following:

May 12: Lane Austin Freeman of Winchester was charged with destruction of property. Freeman was scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on May 16.

May 12: Authorities are investigating the larceny of jewelry from a school on Stonewall Lane, Quicksburg.

May 12: Authorities are investigating the larceny of US currency, debit card, two checks and personal documentation from a vehicle at a residence on Alonzaville Road, Woodstock.

May 12: Authorities are investigating the destruction of property to a vehicle and residence eon Patmos Road, Woodstock.

May 12: Authorities are investigating the larceny of gas containers from a residence on Crisman Road, Edinburg.

May 14: Roy Omer Neal Jr. of Toms Brook was charged with giving a false report to law enforcement. Neal is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on June 27.

May 14: Authorities are investigating the destruction of property of a vending machine and larceny of US currency from a business on Industrial Park Road, Mount Jackson.

May 14: Authorities are investigating the larceny of tools and seed from a residence on Swover Creek Road, Edinburg.

May 14: Authorities are investigating the destruction of property of a vending machine and larceny of US currency from a business on New Market Depot Road, New Market.

May 14: Authorities are investigating the larceny of a cell phone from a school on Susan Avenue, Woodstock.

May 15: William D. Johnson of Stephens City was charged with appearing drunk in public. Johnson is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on June 13.

May 18: Authorities are investigating the larceny of piglets from a property on Junction Road, Strasburg.

May 19: Daniel Paul Bowden of Maurertown was charged with appearing drunk in public and attempting to maliciously wound. Bowden is scheduled to appear in Shenandoah County General District Court on June 27.
