Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office police blotter Nov. 21-30

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

Nov. 21: Spyridon Demetrious Argyros, of New Market, was charged with possession to sell stolen property. Court date is 9 a.m. Dec. 8 in Rockingham County General District Court.

Nov. 21: Spyridon Demetrious Argyros, of New Market, was charged with reckless handling of a firearm. Court date is 9 a.m. Dec. 12 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 23: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone attempted to enter a business, causing damage on Senedo Road, Quicksburg.

Nov. 24: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a residence, causing damage on Orkney Grade, Basye.

Nov. 24: A larceny was reported. Someone damaged a fence and removed a goat from a residence on Ridge Road, Quicksburg.

Nov. 25: Byron Joseph Heatwole, of Edinburg, was charged with aggravated sexual battery. Court date is 9 a.m. Dec. 18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Nov. 25: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone attempted to enter an outbuilding, causing damage on Old Valley Pike, Edinburg.

Nov. 26: Kevin Dale Robinson, of Maurertown, was charged with assault and battery. Court date is 11 a.m. Jan. 23 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 26: Matthew Lee Linaweaver, of Maurertown, was charged with assault and battery. Court date is 11 a.m. Jan. 23 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 28: A larceny was reported. Someone removed hunting equipment from property on Happy Valley Road, Orkney Springs.

Nov. 28: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a residence and removed prescription medication, a DVD player, DVDs, and checks from a residence on Orkney Grade, Mount Jackson.

Nov. 28: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged property on Wolverton and Swover Creek roads, Edinburg and Land Grant Road, Mount Jackson.

Nov. 28: Charles Lee Mason, of Winchester, has been charged with appearing drunk in public. Court date is 11 a.m. Jan. 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 30: Timothy Michael Brent, of New Market, has been charged with assault and battery on a family member. Court date is 9 a.m. Dec. 18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.
