Strasburg Police blotter for November

The Strasburg Police Department has announced the following incidents:

Nov. 1: Jessica Laine Foglesong, of Strasburg, has been charged with credit card fraud, forgery and uttering.

Nov. 1: Collin Randall Cook, of Strasburg, has been charged with the unlawful purchase of an alcoholic beverage and driving after an illegal consumption of alcohol.

Nov. 1: Kelcie Summer McConkey, of Strasburg, has been charged with the unlawful purchase of an alcoholic beverage.

Nov. 1: Rakwon Hakeem White, of Strasburg, has been charged with the unlawful purchase of an alcoholic beverage.

Nov. 6: Nicholas Tacomsie Stewart, of Strasburg, has been charged with assault.

Nov. 8: Jerry Wayne Funk, of Strasburg, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Nov. 9: Colin Maxwell Henault Arcand, of Strasburg, has been charged with assault on a family member.

Nov. 11: Jessica Dian Pressley, of Strasburg, has been charged with allowing a dog to run at large.

Nov. 14: Sarah Renee Ponn, of Strasburg, has been charged with assault.

Nov. 16: Guy Kevin Cupelli, of Strasburg, has been charged with obstruction of justice, assault on a law enforcement officer and being drunk in public.

Nov. 16: Scott William Marks, of Stephens City, has been charged with writing two or more bad checks in 90 days.

Nov. 18: Luke Berton Estes, of Strasburg, has been charged with being drunk in public.

Nov. 18: Martin Sullivan Flemion, of Strasburg, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possessing and distributing paraphernalia.

Nov. 20: Hannah Paige Lilly, of Stephens City, has been charged with giving false identity to a law enforcement officer.

Nov. 21: Dillon Dakota Strickler, of Strasburg, has been charged with shoplifting and concealing merchandise.

Nov. 21: Mictian Jesse Wood, of Strasburg, has been charged with shoplifting and concealing merchandise.

Nov. 27: Mitchell Haggard Butler, of Strasburg, has been charged with assaulting a law enforcement officer and threatening to bomb and damage a building.

Nov. 28: Rebecca Viola Stickles, of Strasburg, has been charged with shoplifting and concealing merchandise.

Nov. 30: Zakary Tyler Swafford, of Strasburg, has been charged with being drunk in public.

Nov. 30: Allen Hamilton Walcott Jr., of Norfolk, has been charged with assault.
