The Strasburg Police Department reported the following incidents:

March 3: A 15-year-old boy was charged with destruction of property.

March 4: Francis James Tugwell, of Strasburg, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.

March 7: Shannon Lee Stickley, of Strasburg, was charged with hit and run.

March 8: Angelica Love Bland, of Strasburg, was charged with assaulting a family member.

March 11: William Allen Jones, of Strasburg, was charged with possession of marijuana.

March 16: Robert Lee Shields, of Strasburg, was charged with allowing his dog to run at large.

March 17: Larry Preston Beckner, of Strasburg, was charged with five counts of credit card theft and one count of receiving stolen goods.

March 18: Tina Robin Spiker, of Strasburg, was charged with threatening to bomb or damage a building.

March 20: Billie Leon Watson Jr., of Strasburg, was charged with possession of marijuana.

March 22: Brandon Michael Day, of Strasburg, was charged with possession of marijuana.

March 22: Cody James Simpson, of Strasburg, was charged with the unlawful purchase of alcohol.

March 24: Danielle Nichole Smith, of Cameron, West Virginia, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

March 24: Dale Lee Funkhouser, of Strasburg, was charged with hit and run.

March 26: Antonio Wilkins-Freeman, of Strasburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

March 27: Donald Frank Seager, of Falling Waters, West Virginia, was charged with being drunk in public.

March 28: Daniel Joseph O’Laughlin, of Strasburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

March 28: Erek Lamont Travis, of Strasburg, was charged with possession of marijuana.

March 29: Ronald Allen Rinker III, of Woodstock, was charged with possession with intent to distribute paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

March 29: Jessica Louise Barb, of Woodstock, was charged with possession of marijuana.

March 30: Jean Guy Bouchard, of Regentigny, Canada, was charged with being drunk in public.

March 30: Denise Bouchard, of Montreal, Canada, was charged with being drunk in public.
