Police Blotter: Warren County Sheriff’s Office

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

Aug. 30: Ronnie Wayne Andrews, of Strasburg, was charged with assault and battery of a family member.

Sept. 1: Thomas Lee Williams, of Brunswick, Maryland, was charged with identity fraud and being a fugitive from justice.

Sept. 2: Justin Marten Hall, of Front Royal, driving a car titled to another person and operating a vehicle without car insurance.

Sept. 2: Glenn Eugene Sovereign Jr., of Bentonville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Sept. 2: Kyle David Phillips, of Front Royal, was charged with failure to stop for police, driving under the influence (first offense) and driving with a suspended/revoked license.

Sept. 3: Zachary Tyler Fincham, of White Post, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Sept. 3: Timothy Wayne Carter, of Front Royal, was charged with contempt of court.

Sept. 3: Mark Christopher Lockerby, of Front Royal, was charged with violating probation.

Sept. 4: James Russell Coleman, of Front Royal, was charged with contempt of court.

Sept. 4: Corey Parrett, of Hopewell, was charged with trespassing.

Sept. 4: Benedict Joseph Dearduff, of Front Royal, was charged with revocation of a suspended sentence/violation of probation and contempt of court.

Sept. 5: Mark Allen Whetzel, of Strasburg, was charged with assault and battery of a family member.

Sept. 5: Samuel David Nichols, of Bentonville, was charged with driving under the influence and not having a driver’s license.
