Police Blotter

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

Sept. 18: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a firearm and metal detector on Harman Road, Maurertown.

Sept. 20: A larceny was reported. Someone removed gasoline from a business on Fort Valley Road, Fort Valley.

Sept. 23: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a cable box on Alonzaville Road, Woodstock.

Sept. 26: A larceny was reported. Someone removed U.S. currency from a vehicle on Stoneburner Road, Edinburg.

Sept. 28: A 15 year old was charged with indecent exposure, 10 counts of producing child pornography and sexual abuse. Court date is 11 a.m. Oct. 8 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 28: A 13 year old was charged with disorderly conduct. Court date is 11 a.m. Oct. 15 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 29: A 13 year old was charged with disorderly conduct. Court date is 11 a.m. Oct. 15 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 28: William Houston Rutz, of 766 Millner Road, Strasburg, was charged with malicious bodily injury. Court date is 2 p.m. Nov. 20 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Sept. 29: Marleen Theresa Werner, of 1111 Brook Creek Road, Toms Brook, was charged with stalking and violating conditions of release. Court date is 2 p.m. Nov. 13 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Sept. 29: Julie Ann Pirkheim, of 5399 Main St., Mount Jackson, was charged with assault and battery on a family member. Court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 15 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 30: A larceny was reported. Someone removed livestock on Hawkins Road, Mount Jackson.

Sept. 30: Corey Laine Chapman Sr., of 11 Round Hill Park, Toms Brook, was charged with malicious bodily injury, child abuse and child endangerment. Court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 8 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 30: A larceny was reported. Someone removed various tools on Battlefield Bluff Drive, New Market.

Sept. 30: Ronald Edward Leonard Jr., of 1034 Deerhead Road, Mount Jackson, was charged with assault and battery on a family member. Court date is 9 a.m. Nov. 12 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Oct. 3: Tamela Sue Woodard, of 306 Spring Hollow Road, Woodstock, was charged with unlawful disposal of refuse. Court date is 2 p.m. Oct. 9 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Oct. 4: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a residence and removed an iPad on Jadwyn Road, Maurertown.
