Police Blotter

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

Nov. 5: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a vehicle causing damage on Lakeview Drive, Woodstock.

Nov. 9: A 16 year old was charged with possession of marijuana. Court date is 11 a.m. Dec. 10 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Nov. 10: A 17 year old was charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon into school. Court date is 11 a.m. Dec. 10 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Nov. 11: Wade Percy Morrison, of Toms Brook, was charged with assault and battery of a family member. Court date is 9 a.m. Dec. 17 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Nov. 11: Justin Nicholas Schaeffer, of Maurertown, was charged with altering the title of a vehicle, possession of a title issued to another, destruction of property, reckless driving and not having auto insurance. Court date is 2 p.m. Nov. 20 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 12: James Louis Dandrea, address unknown, was charged with being a fugitive from justice in Arizona. Court date is 9 a.m. Nov. 13 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 12: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a vehicle and removed a lock on John Marshall Highway, Strasburg.

Nov. 12: Robert Frank Shenk, of Mount Jackson, was charged with breaking and entering and wearing a mask to conceal identity. Court date is 9 a.m. Dec. 10 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Nov. 13: Thomas Gary Emswiller, of Maurertown, was charged with two counts of obtaining money by false pretenses, two counts of uttering and issuing bad checks and larceny. Court dates are 2 p.m. Nov. 13 and 2 p.m. Nov. 20 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 14: Thomas Martin Davis, of Edinburg, was charged with appearing drunk in public. Court date is 9 a.m. Dec. 11 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 14: A larceny was reported. Someone removed car equipment on St. Luke Road, Woodstock.
