The Strasburg Police Department reported the following incidents in February:

Feb. 3: Sarah Elizabeth Kennedy, of 316 Aileen Ave., Strasburg, was charged with assault and battery.

Feb. 4: Cathy Ann Funk, of 204 James St., Front Royal, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to take a breath/blood test.

Feb. 6: Hunter D. Hollar, of 224 S. Eberly St., Strasburg, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Feb. 9: A male juvenile, of Strasburg, was charged with assault and battery of a teacher.

Feb. 13: Kimberly Ann Lykins, of 282 E. King St., Strasburg, was charged with possession of a Schedule I/II drug.

Feb. 12: Raheem Laymonte White, of 2103 Byron St., Richmond, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Feb. 13: Keith Wayne Barb, of 227 S. Charles St., Strasburg, was charged with possession of a Schedule III drug.

Feb. 14: Jared David Prazma, of 45 Little Elk Drive, Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Feb. 18: Raymond Brian Thomas, of 2106 N. Emerson St., Arlington, was charged with distribution of marijuana.

Feb. 18: Daniel Edward Ordile, of 737 Colley Block Road, Strasburg, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Feb. 19: Joseph Jeffrey Carr, of 6017 John Marshall Highway, Strasburg, was charged with possession of precursors to manufacture meth.

Feb. 20: Andrew R. Garrett, address unknown, was charged with being drunk in public.

Feb. 23: Manuel Griffin, of 101 Teaberry Drive, Winchester, was charged with distribution of marijuana.

Feb. 23: Samuel Glenn Adams, of 343 Forest Glen Court, Strasburg, was charged with being drunk in public.

Feb. 25: Kevin Wayne Larkin, of 165 Grover Road, Edinburg, was charged with possession of a Schedule I/II drug, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and displaying a fictitious inspection sticker.

Feb. 26: Sarah Rae Stead, of 215 Lost Lane, Fort Valley, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Feb. 28: Joseph Tropeano, of 30 Grace Ave., Apartment 3E, Great Neck, New York, was charged as being a fugitive from justice.
