The Warren County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

April 16: Michael L. Madigan, of Front Royal, was served with a governor’s warrant.

April 17: Samantha L. Shackelford, of Linden, was charged with being drunk in public, possession of a controlled substance and assault and battery of a police officer.

April 19: Windy L. Payne, of Winchester, was charged with assault and battery.

April 19: Grace M. Troupe, of Winchester, was charged with a second driving under the influence within five years and refusal to take a blood/breath test.

April 20: Chryssie D. Broadbent, of Bentonville, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to take a blood/breath test.

April 20: Andrew M. Gallagher, of Strasburg, was charged with possession of a firearm.

April 21: Joseph R. Damico, of Front Royal, was charged with violating a protective order.

April 22: Kyle W. Shelton, of Front Royal, was charged with violating probation.

April 22: Matthew T. Sullivan, of Sterling, was charged with forging coin or bank notes and possession of a controlled substance.

April 23: Kanesia J. Presgraves, of Front Royal, was charged with concealment.

April 25: Jason P. Tucker, of Front Royal, was charged with grand larceny.

April 25: Keith H. Tolson, of Front Royal, was charged with strangulation and assault and battery of a family member.

April 25: Alisha R. Merritt, of Front Royal, was charged with failure to send her child to school.

April 26: Charles A. Cooke, of Front Royal, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

April 26: Aletha J. Neff, of Front Royal, was charged with failure to send her child to school.

April 26; Jordan A. Cameron, of Front Royal, was charged with contempt of court.

April 26: Cody A. Smallwood, of Strasburg, was charged with violating probation.

April 27: Amanda K. Reedy, of Woodstock, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

April 27: Thomas E. Morrison, of Mount Jackson, was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

April 30: Billy J. Sheetz, of Front Royal, was charged with noncompliance with the ASAP program.
