Police Blotter

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

July 25: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a rifle from a residence on Senedo Road, Woodstock.

July 25: A larceny was reported. Someone removed jewelry from a residence on Lamberts Villa, Edinburg.

July 26: A larceny was reported. Someone removed electronics from a residence on Rittenour Road, Edinburg.

July 27: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a door on Lindsay Lane, Edinburg.

July 27: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a wallet containing a Social Security card, two credit cards, U.S. currency and a driver’s license on Mt. Olive Road, Toms Brook.

July 28: William David Ryman, of Woodstock, was charged with possession of marijuana. Court date is 11 a.m. Sept. 16 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

July 28: William David Sheets, of Toms Brook, was charged with assault and battery on a family member. Court date is 9 a.m. Sept. 8 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

July 29: A larceny was reported. Someone removed U.S. currency, sunglasses and U.S. coins from a residence on Ridge Road, New Market.

July 30: A larceny was reported. Someone entered a residence and removed prescription medication on Hunter Road, Maurertown.

July 31: Mark Ellis Bucher, of Maurertown, was charged with appearing drunk in public. Court date is 9 a.m. Aug. 19 in Shenandoah County General District Court.
