Police Blotter

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

Sept. 15: A larceny was reported. Someone removed prescription medication from vehicles on Back Road, Toms Brook.

Sept. 15: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a vehicle hood on Greenleaf Road, Strasburg.

Sept. 19: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged vehicle tires on Courtland Way, Edinburg.

Sept. 20: Jonathan Michael Beaune, of Maurertown, was charged with unlawful dumping. Court date is 11 a.m. Oct. 21 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Sept. 20: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a sign from a residence on Zepp Road, Maurertown.

Sept. 20: Darryl Lynn Hall, of Mount Jackson, was charged with appearing drunk in public. Court date is 11 a.m. Oct. 14 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Sept. 21: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a firearm, wood splitter, glassware and plates from a residence on Boyer Road, Fort Valley.

Sept. 21: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a chainsaw on Swover Creek Road, Edinburg.

Sept. 21: Adam Nathaniel Roberts, of Quicksburg, was charged with brandishing a firearm. Court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 20 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 22: Cynthia Lynn Harlow, of Mount Jackson, was charged with summoning law enforcement and giving a false report. Court date is 11 a.m. Oct. 14 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Sept. 22: A larceny was reported. Someone removed livestock on Fox Den Road, Strasburg.

Sept. 22: Eugene Holmes Cregger, of Harrisonburg, was charged with appearing drunk in public. Court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 21 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Sept. 22: A larceny was reported. Someone removed vehicle titles and U.S. currency from a residence on Polk Road, Edinburg.

Sept. 23: A 15 year old was charged with assault and battery. Court date is 1:30 p.m. Oct. 11 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 23: Dwight Stephen Haslacker, of Edinburg, was charged with two counts of assault and battery of a family member and two counts of child endangerment. Court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 6 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Sept. 24: Roger Lee Bowers, of Mount Jackson, was charged with unlawful dumping. Court date is 11 a.m. Nov. 18 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Sept. 24: Charles Randall Keller, of Woodstock, was charged with destruction of property and assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. Oct. 14 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Sept. 25: Wendy Rigsby, of Woodstock, was charged with obtaining money by false pretenses and two counts of forgery. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.
