Warren County

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

Nov. 2: Don Alan Johnson Jr., of Maurertown, was charged with contempt of court.

Nov. 3: David Leroy Lewis, of Winchester, was charged with noncompliance of the ASAP program and contempt of court.

Nov. 3: Danny Ray McCullough, of Inglewood, California, was charged with assault and battery.

Nov.4: Justin Shane Johnson, of Front Royal, was charged with obtaining money by false pretenses.

Nov. 5: Samuel William Ayers, of Front Royal, was charged with destruction of property and public intoxication.

Shenandoah County

 

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

Oct. 29: A larceny was reported. Someone removed U.S. coins, television and power tools from a residence on Gunn Lane, Woodstock.

Nov. 8: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a vehicle on Supinlick Ridge Road, Mount Jackson.

Nov. 9: John Benjamin Shubert, of Maurertown, was charged with giving a false report to law enforcement. Court date is 2 p.m. Nov. 18 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 9: A 13 year old was charged with sexual battery. Court date is 11:30 a.m. Dec. 8 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Nov. 9: A 13 year old was charged with assault and battery of a family member. Court date is 1:30 p.m. Nov. 22 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Nov. 9: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a building, causing damage, and removed miscellaneous items on St. Luke Road, Woodstock.

Nov. 10: A 15 year old was charged with possession of marijuana. Court date is 11 a.m. Jan. 12 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

Nov. 11: Joseph Allen Foutz, of Toms Brook, was charged with possession of marijuana as a result of a traffic stop. Court date is 2 p.m. Dec. 16 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 11: Jane Lee Moomaw, of New Market, was charged with unlawful dumping. Court date is 11 a.m. Dec. 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 11: Timothy Alexander Etter, of Mount Jackson, was charged with unlawful dumping. Court date is 11 a.m. Dec. 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 11: Nelson Leo Sprouse, of New Market, was charged with unlawful dumping. Court date is 11 a.m. Dec. 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 12: Frederick Charles Hamer III, of Basye, was charged with unlawful dumping. Court date is 11 a.m. Nov. 18 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 12: Jerry Ray Combs, of Strasburg, was charged with unlawful dumping. Court date is 11 a.m. Dec. 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 12: Jeffrey Mark Allen Grim, of Strasburg, was charged with unlawful dumping. Court date is 11 a.m. Dec. 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Nov. 12: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a building and removed power tools and hand tools on Walton Farm Road, Woodstock.

Nov. 13: Margarita Ramirez, of Mount Jackson, was charged with having a dangerous dog and allowing it to run at large. Court date is 2 p.m. Dec. 9 in Shenandoah County General District Court.
