Police Blotter: Shenandoah County

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

March 3: Johnathan Harris, of Woodstock, was charged with eight counts of manufacturing a controlled substance and five counts of conspiring to manufacture a controlled substance. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

March 3: Dasahawn Edwards, of Front Royal, was charged with two counts of manufacturing a controlled substance. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

March 3: Andrea Scalf, of Woodstock, was charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, conspiracy to manufacture a controlled substance, distribution of marijuana and conspiracy to distribute marijuana. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

March 3: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a vehicle on Rittenour Road, Edinburg.

March 3: Amy Nichole Grimes, of Timberville, was charged with public intoxication, assault and battery and breaking and entering. Court date is 11 a.m. March 24 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 3: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a business on John Marshall Highway, Lebanon Church.

March 6: Leonidas G. Fowlkes, of Frederick, Maryland, was charged with possession of marijuana. Court date is 11 a.m. April 28 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 6: A breaking and entering was reported. Someone entered a residence and removed miscellaneous tools on Back Road, Strasburg.

March 8: Julie Anna Mauk, of Toms Brook, was charged with public intoxication and possession of marijuana. Court date is 2 p.m. Friday in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 9: Valerie Ann Hall, of New York, was charged with manufacturing a Schedule I/II drug, conspiracy to manufacture a Schedule I/II drug and possession of methamphetamine precursors. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

March 9: Wayne Allen Shillingburg, of New York, was charged with manufacturing a Schedule I/II drug, conspiracy to manufacture a Schedule I/II drug and possession of methamphetamine precursors. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

March 9: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged vehicle mirrors on Alonzaville Road, Maurertown.

March 10: A 15 year old was charged for threatening to burn. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

March 10: Zachary Stanley Mosser, address unknown, was charged with breaking and entering, grand larceny and destruction of property. Court date is 9 a.m. May 12 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 11: Harmony Ann Olsen, address unknown, was charged with interfering with the property rights of another and child endangerment. Court dates are 9 a.m. March 24 in Shenandoah County General District Court and 9 a.m. April 27 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

March 11: Denise Ann Olsen, of Strasburg, was charged with obstruction of justice and child endangerment. Court dates are 9 a.m. March 24 in Shenandoah County General District Court and 9 a.m. April 27 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

March 11: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a vehicle window on Clary Road, Strasburg.

March 12: Wanda Salmeron Buruca, of Maurertown, was charged with giving a false report to law enforcement. Court date is 9 a.m. March 23 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

March 12: Matthew Grey Hinkle, of Edinburg, was charged with possession of marijuana and interfering with the property rights of another. Court date is 11 a.m. April 21 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 12: Christian Oswaldo Canales-Benavides, of Edinburg, was charged with possession of marijuana, interfering with the property rights of another and possession of controlled paraphernalia. Court date is 11 a.m. April 21 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 12: Kaleb Ryan Williams, of Luray, was charged with breaking and entering, underage possession of alcohol, destruction of property and larceny. Court date is 2 p.m. April 21 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 12: Michael Roy Dwyer Jr., of Mount Jackson, was charged with breaking and entering, possession of marijuana, destruction of property and larceny. Court date is 2 p.m. April 21 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 12: Devin Joseph Fitzgerald, of Basye, was charged with breaking and entering, underage possession of alcohol, destruction of property and larceny. Court date is 2 p.m. April 21 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 13: Maury Ronald Amaya, of Maurertown, was charged with resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated and assault and battery on law enforcement. Court date is 2 p.m. April 21 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 13: Jorge Eleazear Sanchez, of Maurertown, was charged with public intoxication and underage possession of alcohol. Court date is 2 p.m. April 21 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

March 13: David Brian Knott, of Edinburg, was charged with malicious wounding, destruction of property and grand larceny. Court date is 11 a.m. April 21 in Shenandoah County General District Court.
