Police blotter: Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office

The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents:

April 3: John Laird, of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, was charged with distribution of a controlled substance, conspire to distribute a controlled substance and with making a drug sale near school property. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

April 3: Sarah Wallace, of Toms Brook, was charged with distribution of a controlled substance and conspiracy to distribute an imitation Schedule I/II drug. Court date is pending in Shenandoah County Circuit Court.

April 3: Nathan Scott Westfall, of Strasburg, was charged with domestic assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. April 27 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

April 3: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a residence on Old Valley Pike, Edinburg.

April 4: Karen Lea Bishop, of Edinburg, was charged with destruction of property. Court date is 9 a.m. April 21 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

April 4: A larceny was reported. Someone removed a vehicle on Creekside Lane, New Market.

April 5: A destruction of property was reported. Someone damaged a vehicle on Piccadilly Street, Edinburg.

April 7: Douglas Wayne Dudash, of Toms Brook, was charged with domestic assault and battery and animal cruelty. Court dates are 2 p.m. May 12 in Shenandoah County General District Court and 9 a.m. May 18 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

April 7: Danielle Marie Fansler, of Basye, was charged with domestic assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. May 11 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

April 7: Kavondrea Ostara Fansler, of Basye, was charged with domestic assault and battery. Court date is 9 a.m. May 11 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.

April 9: Derrick Lance Nelson, of Bealeton, was charged with public intoxication and trespassing on church property at night. Court date is 11 a.m. May 19 in Shenandoah County General District Court.
