Police log: Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office

The following arrests and incidents have been reported on the Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office Web site:

Larceny: On May 19, a larceny was reported to the Sheriff's Office. According to the complainant, unknown person(s) removed a water pump from Senedo Road in Edinburg. The investigation continues.

Larceny: On May 20, a larceny was reported to the Sheriff's Office. According to the victim, unknown person(s) removed a digital camera from a residence located on Quicksburg Road in Quicksburg. The investigation continues.

Larceny: On May 20, a larceny was reported to the Sheriff's Office. According to the victim, unknown person(s) removed car parts from a lot located on Old Valley Pike in Edinburg. The investigation continues.

Breaking and entering: On May 20, a breaking and entering was reported to the Sheriff's Office. According to the victim, unknown person(s) entered a shed located on Rolling Rock Road in Strasburg and removed a four-wheeler. The investigation continues.

Obstructing justice: On May 20, sheriff's deputies arrested Amy L. Adkins, 176 E. Reservoir Road, Woodstock, on a charge of obstructing justice. A court date set has been set for 9 a.m. July 25 in Shenandoah General District Court.

Recklessly handling a firearm: On May 20, sheriff's deputies charged William H. James, 432 Beeler Drive, Strasburg, for recklessly handling a firearm. A court date has been set for 2 p.m. June 13 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Recklessly handling a firearm and discharging a firearm within an occupied dwelling: On May 22, sheriff's deputies arrested Gregory Allan Marshall, 112 Greenleaf Road, Strasburg, on a charge of recklessly handling a firearm and discharging a firearm within an occupied dwelling. A court date has been set for 9 a.m. June 20 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Drunk in public: On May 21, sheriff's deputies arrested Roy Calvin Fields, 219 8th Street, Moorefield, W.Va., on a charge of drunk in public. A court date has been set for 11 a.m. June 20 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Larceny: On May 21, a larceny was reported to the Sheriff's Office. According to the victim, unknown person(s) removed a plaque from the Cedar Grove Cemetery in New Market. The investigation continues.

Larceny: On May 21, a larceny was reported to the Sheriff's Office. According to the victim, unknown person(s) removed a computer from a residence located on Greenview Drive in Basye. The investigation continues.

Larceny: On May 22, a larceny was reported to the Sheriff's Office. According to the victim, unknown person(s) removed a horse trailer from Old Valley Pike in Strasburg. The investigation continues.

Larceny: OnMay 22, a stolen vehicle was located on Stayman Road, Quicksburg. According to the victim, the vehicle was removed from Old Valley Pike, New Market. The investigation continues.

Drunk in public: On May 24, sheriff's deputies arrested Joyce Ann Reynalds-Payne, 200 Sherando Circle, Stephens City, on a charge of being drunk in public. A court date has been set for 11 a.m. June 20 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Drunk in public: On May 26, sheriff's deputies arrested Shaun Wayne Crowl, 259 Lakeview Drive, Woodstock, on a charge of being drunk in public. A court date has been set for 2 p.m. June 27 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Drunk in public: On May 26, sheriff's deputies arrested James B. Hawthorne, 823 Mine Mountain Road, Fort Valley, on a charge of being drunk in public. A court date has been set 9 a.m. June 13 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Assault and battery on family member On May 24, sheriff's deputies arrested Jennifer L. Palmer-Caricofe, 340 Mount Olive Road, Toms Brook, on a charge of assault and battery on a family member. A court date has been set for 9 a.m. June 26 in Shenandoah Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Assault and battery: On May 26, sheriff's deputies arrested Cecelia Mae Vandall, 110 Alexander Drive, Basye, on a charge of assault and battery. A court date set has been set for 9 a.m. June 20 in Shenandoah County General District Court.

Breaking and entering, larceny: On May 23, a breaking and entering and larceny was reported to the Sheriff's Office. According to the victims, unknown person(s) removed a television and DVD player from a residence located on West Reservoir Road in Woodstock. The investigation continues.

Breaking and entering, larceny: On May 24, a breaking and entering and larceny was reported to the Sheriff's Office. According to the victim, unknown person(s) removed tools from a shed located on Ridge Road in New Market. The investigation continues.

Larceny: On May 25, a larceny was reported to the Sheriff's Office. According to the victim, unknown person(s) removed prescription drugs from a vehicle located on Senedo Road in Edinburg. The investigation continues.

Larceny: On May 26, a larceny was reported to the Sheriff's Office. According to the victim, unknown person(s) removed a canoe from property located on Old Factory Road in Strasburg. The investigation continues.
