Amber alert: Suspect may be heading toward Fredericksburg area

Virginia State Police have issued an Amber Alert for Colin Nathaniel Custer, 4, of Lexington County, South Carolina.

Police are looking for Robert William Custer III and a 1988 white Chevrolet conversion van with Florida license plate number Z577ZE that is believed headed toward Locust Grove and the Fredericksburg area.
