The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office: Larceny: On June 14, a larceny was reported to the Sheriff's Office. According to the victim, someone removed seven replacement windows from a shed on Back Road in Woodstock. Drunk in public: On June 15, deputies arrested Jackson Abner Smith of Mt. Jackson on a charge of appearing drunk in public. The court date is set for 9 a.m. July 11 in Shenandoah County General District Court. Assault and battery: On June 13, deputies arrested Albert Smith of Strasburg on a charge of assault and battery. The court date is set for 9 a.m. June 20 in Shenandoah County General District Court. Trespassing: On June 12, deputies arrested Justin Ball of Manassas and Lisa Zanzarella of Haymarket on a charge of trespassing. The court date is set for 11 a.m. July 18 in Shenandoah County General District Court. Extortion by threats: On June 11, deputies arrested James Richard Dawson of Toms Brook, on a charge of extortion by threats. The court date is set for 9 a.m. June 19 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court. Drunk in public: On June 9, deputies arrested Michael Patrick Manneback of Cape Coral, Fla., on a charge of appearing drunk in public. The court date is set for 9 a.m. June 20 in Shenandoah County General District Court. Neglect of a child: On June 9, deputies arrested Mohamad Hasim Refahi and Kimberly Jo Sites, both of Woodstock, on a charge of neglect of a child. The court date is set for 9 a.m. July 1 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relatins Court. Drunk in public: On June 6, deputies arrested Hector Quinones of Woodstock on a charge of appearing drunk in public.
