Police log: Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office
The following incidents and arrests were reported by the Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office:
Disorderly Conduct: On July 8, deputies arrested Brenda Lee Romine of Broadway on a charge of disorderly conduct. Court date: 9 a.m. July 18 in Shenandoah County General District Court.
Larceny: On July 8 unknown person(s) removed several WIC checks from a vehicle while it was parked at a business on Senedo Road in Edinburg.
Larceny: On July 10 victim, unknown person(s) removed money from a residence on Stoneburner Road, Edinburg.
Fugitive from justice: On July 10, deputies arrested Andrew Robert Talbott of Inwood, W. Va. on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. Court date: 8:30 a.m. July 11 in Shenandoah County General District Court.
Assault & battery on a family member: On July 12, deputies arrested Lee D. Butler of Edinburg on a charge of assault and battery on a family member. Court date: 9 a.m. July 31 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.
Malicious wounding, assault & battery: On July 13, deputies arrested Christy Thomas of Mt. Jackson on a charge of malicious wounding and assault and battery on a family member. Court date: 9 a.m. July 31 in Shenandoah County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court.
Drunk in public: On July 14, deputies arrested Bobby Francis Shipe of Fort Valley on a charge of appearing drunk in public. Court date: 9 a.m. July 31 in Shenandoah County in General District Court.
Larceny: On July 13, unknown person(s) removed a 6 ft. aluminum ladder and saw horses from a residence on Swartz Road, Woodstock.
Possession of marijuana: On July 11, deputies charged John William Kibler II of Maurertown with possession of marijuana. Court date: 11 a.m. July 25 in Shenandoah County General District Court.
