A Winchester man died Sunday night after his pickup truck overturned several times on Pleasant Valley Road. The driver has been identified as Roderick Barbour, 35, of Franklin Street, Winchester. Police said Barbour was traveling northbound on Pleasant Valley Road north of Cork Street when his pickup hit a wet spot in the roadway. The pickup hit a curb and overturned several times. Barbour, who was not wearing his seatbelt, was partially ejected. Police said speed is not believed to be a factor, but several alcohol containers were found inside the vehicle. An autopsy will be performed today in Fairfax. Related category entriesThis entry was filed in the Winchester Police Blotter category. View more entries in this category:
