WINCHESTER - Two men suspected of breaking and entering a home today in the first block of Bellview Avenue and robbing the residents are under arrest, and a third man is being sought, according to a press release issued this afternoon by Winchester police.

Oliver Wendell Houghton, 20, and Joshua John Hartman, 19, both of the 1200 block of Valley Avenue, were arrested after police responded to a fight inside the residence.

According to the release:

"Upon arrival, officers were met by Hartman and Hougton who were leaving the residence. Police are seeking a third suspect who is described as being a white male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and having a goatee. He was wearing a black sweatshirt or jacket with unknown white lettering.
