Justin Shane Slater wanted on first-degree murder charge

The following bulletin was release today by the Frederick County Sheriff's office:

SUBJECT WANTED FOR FIRST DEGREE MURDER

Height: 6' 1" Weight: 170 lbs
Brown shoulder length hair, Green eyes.

Above subject is wanted for First Degree Murder for a homicide that occurred in this jurisdiction within the past 24-hours. This subject should be considered armed and dangerous. He also has a history of psychiatric evaluation. Subject should be driving a 1999 Jeep SUV, brownish gold in color, VA\ XXXG3569, There are flaring on all the wheel wells. Compartment window on the back driver's side is broken. The windows on the right side of the vehicle are tinted but the ones on the left are not tinted.

At 0348 hours a search warrant was executed at 293 Valley Mill Rd, Winchester, VA to check the welfare of the resident who failed to show at his work place. Officers found, Gregory Scott Slater Jr., a 28-year old, white male deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.

The subject's ex-girlfriend, Kayleigh Marie Plamondon, is currently listed as missing under suspicious circumstances through the Clarke County Sheriff's Office.
