Winchester police, firefighter and rescue workers issue invitation to National Night Out

The 26th annual National Night Out is Aug. 4. Winchester police, firefighters and rescue workers are urging the community to join them for free food, drinks and fun at the following locations from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 4:

  • Willow Lawn Neighborhood Watch at Willow Lawn Community Center
  • Woodland Avenue Neighborhood Watch, at the 1100 block of Woodland Avenue
  • Cedarmeade Neighborhood Watch at Frederick Douglas Elementary School
  • Highland Memorial Presbyterian Church at 446 Highland Avenue
  • Montague Avenue United Methodist Church, 102 Montague Ave.
  • Old Town Winchester (Downtown Mall)
  • The Old Frederick County Court House
