Berryville police report larcenies

(From a press release) The Berryville Police Department is investigating two larcenies from Breeze Power Equipment on First Street in Berryville. During the early morning of April 28, forced entry was made into the business and a Snapper 11 hp electric start generator was stolen. Investigation has revealed that an early 1990s Chevy Lumina mini-van with a sunroof may have been involved in the larceny.

The second larceny occurred during the early morning of May 2 at the same business. Thirteen Stihl chainsaws were stolen.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Greg Frenzel of the Berryville Police Department or the Winchester/Frederick/Clarke Crime Solvers at (540) 722-5200.
