All-Region II boys hoops team: Washington, Rodney on first team

The All-Region II boys basketball team has been announced. Handley's Vance Washington and Millbrook's Clayton Rodney made the first team, along with Dominion's Deandre Albritton, Loudoun County's Joe Bushrod and William Monroe's Mike Roach. Albritton was named Player of the Year.

Handley had two others -- Tylon Raynor and Danziel Cartwright -- earn second-team honors.

Judges coach Tommy Dixon was the Division 3 Coach of the Year.
