According to the Baltimore Sun, wide receiver Kelley Washington -- the pride of Stephens City -- performed the best out of the pass catchers participating in the Baltimore Ravens' mini-camp this weekend. With an offer in hand from the Washington Redskins, one soon could be coming from the Ravens. Then it's decision time.
