Spring Cleaning Community Shred

(From a press release) Spring Cleaning Community Shred will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 24 at the Southern Scrap/Williams' Recycling yard located at 370 Stine Lane, just off Martinsburg Pike.

Residents may bring up to five boxes of paper documents for free, safe, secure destruction. Boxes may be of any size and there is no need to remove rubber bands or staples.

Cost is 10 cents per pound after the fifth box. Event also open to businesses and they
will be charged a reduced flat rate of 10 cents per pound.

Event will be held rain or shine and is made possible by Secure Shred, Williams' Recycling, WINC Radio and Frederick County Recycling. Call 665-5643 or 662-0265 for more information.
