(From a press release) WINCHESTER - Habitat for Humanity will hold a "Tiara Tuesday" at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 14 at Rugs Direct, 116 Featherbed Lane.
The purpose of the event is to deliver a progress report and to sign up women volunteers for the first Habitat for Humanity home in Frederick County built by all-women crews. Admission is free.
