Free hotel rooms offered to hospital

WOODSTOCK -- Comfort Inn Woodstock is donating five free-room nights to Shenandoah Memorial Hospital this holiday season.

The rooms can be used today through Dec. 25 for needy patients who are required to stay near the hospital for outpatient services, or for out-of-town families who are visiting hospitalized loved ones, according to a press release.

Eligibility is left to the discretion of Shenandoah Memorial Hospital staff.

"We are a member of the Woodstock community, and the community has been very good to us," says Shannon Sexton, general manager of Comfort Inn Woodstock. "In this season of sharing and caring, we want to help others who could use our services."
