WINCHESTER — Five new stores are set to open at Rutherford Crossing in the spring and summer, developer NV Retail announced this week.
Beach Bum Tanning will open its doors this month, followed by Guan’s Garden Chinese restaurant in May. Slated to open this summer are Verizon’s Go Wireless, GameStop and Naturally Yours, an organic, natural food and supplement retailer.
Rutherford Crossing, located off the Interstate 81 Stephenson exit, opened in July 2008. It is anchored by Lowe’s and Target.
“The center has generated quite a bit of interest within the Winchester community, and we continue to receive [inquiries] from interested merchants in spite of the economic downturn the country is experiencing,” says Judd Bostian, head of leasing and development.
