W.Va. firm joins Coldwell Banker

BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. — Coldwell Banker Premier Homes of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., has acquired Berkeley Realty Group.

It is the sixth merger by Coldwell Banker Premier Homes since joining the Coldwell Banker system in July 2002, according to a press release.

Berkeley Realty Group has served the Eastern Panhandle region for three years, and its agents have a combined 28 years of experience.

“With the current market conditions, we at Coldwell Banker Premier Homes understand that having the quality of staff that Berkeley Realty Group has to offer … was a great addition,” says Steve DuBrueler, CEO of Coldwell Banker Premier Homes in Winchester. “They are a group that can understand the changing market conditions and position themselves to assist the customers and clients we all serve.”

Berkeley Realty Group will now offer customers products and services exclusive to the Coldwell Banker system, including residential, commercial, sales and leasing as well as mortgage, title, new homes, auction, relocation services, short-sale assistance, mortgage modification assistance and bank-owned properties.
