AT&T activates four cellular sites

FRONT ROYAL — AT&T has activated four new cell sites in the area to expand and enhance customers’ wireless network experience.

The sites are located near Strasburg, Bethel, Riverton and Dungadin Heights.

The upgrades build on AT&T’s 2008 wireless investment in which it added 80 new cell sites across the state. From 2006 to 2008, the company’s total capital investment in Virginia was $475 million.
