WINCHESTER — Melco Inc. has added a contract construction division for residential and light commercial clients.
Melco, a Virginia Class A contractor, develops, builds and manages multi-family and commercial properties in Winchester. The company also has extensive experience in single-family home construction.
From a simple small home addition or renovation to light commercial buildings, tenant build-outs and more complex upscale residences, the new division will allow Melco to assist clients in all aspects of the building process, from concept to reality, the company said in a statement.
The division will be headed by Project Manager Susan Combs. A graduate of Virginia Tech, Combs has 30 years of experience in interior design, including residential and commercial construction. Company principal Christopher A. “Kit” Molden will oversee all of the division’s activities, with David Webster providing field supervision.
