Nov. 16, 12:15-1 p.m. - Friends of Handley Regional Library will begin the 33rd year of "A Little Noon Music" with a special program by acclaimed bluegrass musicians, Joe Herrmann, David McLaughlin, and Marshall Wilborn at the Handley Library Auditorium.
Free and open to the public.
