Nov. 10, 4:30-7:30 p.m. - Sky Meadows State Park will host "Astronomy for Everyone" for children ages 5-12. Meet being the historic Mount Bleak House.
There will be a half-hour "Junior Astronomer" program followed by a multi-media presentation on the latest in U.S. space research and a night sky tour. Then Look at deep space objects through large telescopes, unless the sky is cloudy.
No entrance to the park after 6 p.m. Admission: $5 per car.
Presented in partnership with the National Air & Space Museum, the NASA/JPL Solar System Ambassadors program, and the Northern Virginia Astronomy Club.
