Feb. 23, 2-4 p.m. - FRLL Challenger Chili Cook-off will be held at the Church of the Brethern, 13th St., Front Royal.

The cost to taste and judge the chili is: $7 for 18 and older (2 voting tickets); $5 for ages 8-17 (1 voting ticket); FREE for ages 7 and under. Family 5 pack $20 (5 voting tickets).
