Handley Regional Library is participating in the state-wide Winter Reading program, "Snuggle Up with a Book". Families are encouraged to read together during the month of February.
Electronic registration for the Winter Reading program begins February 1. Reading club participants record their time spent reading, and for each six hours of reading, participants will receive a bookplate to place in a favorite book.
The program kicks off with Bowman Bill at Bowman Library on February 2 at 11 am and concludes with dance parties during story times on February 28 at 10:15 am and 11 am at Handley Library.
